The first step to educating those who use the most vulgar and hurtful words or make damaging false accusations is to show them how sensible your reaction is.
If they have a heart and mind they will come to realise their mistake, learn much goodness & regret their words & accusations.
Courtesy, kindness, sincerity and love coupled with a genuine concern for the betterment of humanity at large are prime teachings of all heavenly faiths.
Be careful not to become bad because others are being bad to you.
