Dear Sir.
I don't know what is your study scheme. But I think your tuition and teaching strategy is suitable for those who already have a good knowledge of corporate finance. CF notes which you write is not define the full concept of this study. Single one statement is also not clear the concept of student. A lot of time' I listen the video lectures of CF but which you say in lecture I not found it in FIN 622 notes. I think books are write in this sense that if anyone have not the facility of tutor then he could easily understood through reading the book. But here after read and listening we are confused. Please recommend another book of corporate finance for this study.
